Sustainability
The company is committed to sustainability and has implemented various eco-friendly practices. We use Piped Natural Gas for our boilers and generators to reduce air pollution, and have an Effluent Treatment Plant to treat wastewater and minimize water pollution. Rainwater harvesting is also utilized to replenish groundwater.
We hold organic and recycled certifications and strive to minimize fabric and other waste in production. We ensure the use of biodegradable material at all levels of our packaging needs. Our supply chain is responsible for the significant amount of emissions at the time of dyeing & printing, wet processes, and fabric & yarn preparations. The Company has framed a strategy to reduce the emissions in the supply chain and is working with its vendors to implement more sustainable practices at their facilities. Tree plantation drives are organized from time to time involving our staff to promote a greener environment. Furthermore, awareness programs are regularly conducted to reduce the consumption of energy, water, and other natural resources.
Community Care
Our company understands the importance of giving back to the community and it is central to our philosophy. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, we invest in developmental, educational, social, cultural, and healthcare activities through a non-profit organization named “Concern India.” Concern India is funding many projects for upliftment of the underprivileged section of the society. We regularly organize food distribution for the people on street in and around Noida. The company believes the CSR as an investment in its own future.
Employee Care

Our Women’s Committee ensures the safety and well-being of our female employees, and regular workshops and awards boost morale and recognize sincere efforts. We partner with a hospital for workplace injuries and organize health check-ups and vaccination camps.
